I eat an apple everyday as a snack between breakfast and lunch. Usually just eat normal, but when I 'm home on the weekends… I cut it up into bite size pieces, sprinkle it with A LOT of cinnamon and then pop it in the microwave for a couple minutes! Yum and it has the same nutritional value- no added sugar, fat or calories!

I don’t eat Granny smiths or the yellow kind, so I don’t know if it’ll be good, but it works with several different kinds of red apples.
