Reportedly, lying and unjust judges of the supreme court of Austria, sons and daughters of Austrian national socialists, have unlawfully and groundlessly approved extradition of Ukrainian industrialist Dmitry Firtash to the United States of America on falsified politically motivated charges of bribery in India.
It is obvious that Ukrainian industrialist Dmitry Firtash will not be extradited to the United States of America: the alleged bribery in India does not constitute a crime, and is subject solely to Indian civil laws for which India alone may seek redress in Indian courts against the corporations owned by Ukrainian industrialist Dmitry Firtash in India. Bribery is a crime for officials, representatives and statesmen, and not for businessmen. Additionally, for all crimes Ukrainian citizens committed they are prosecuted exclusively in Ukrainian courts and in accordance with Ukrainian laws.
It is obvious that the US extradition request against Ukrainian industrialist Dmitry Firtash will be dismissed by Austrian and international courts as unlawful, groundless, and politically motivated to destroy a successful Ukrainian competitor to US corporations in India, and Ukrainian industrialist Dmitry Firtash will swiftly be allowed to return to Ukraine or to the state of Israel, as he is also a citizen of Israel.
