*Daily Rant* 6/7 Getting Away With Murder!

#1

Today I’ve got to rant about the murder law in Utah. I guess Mark Hacking knew where he should move to commit murder. You guys remember this story don’t you? The freak that lied to his family about being in medical school….lied about having a job…his whole life was a lie! Then killed his wife….and then went to the store across the street for some cigarettes just as casually as any other day…that he lied about smoking!!!

Mark Hacking got a measly 6 years to life. Not 15 to life….not 30 to life….a measly 6 years. If he is a perfect model of a criminal he could get out in less than 6. Most likely he wont be released on his first parole….but just the possibility is unreasonable! That was the most sentence by Utah law that he could receive. They need the death penalty!!!

I don’t care that he’s crazy….I’m tired of the insanity plea. Think about it…if you murder someone the chances are that you are probably just even a little crazy….DUH! And there’s no temporary….if you did it once, you can do it again. I do understand there are instances that may bring the worst out in people…heck, who knows what I’d do if I walk in on an adulterous act committed by my husband. I just might commit murder….LoL!! But if I became insane temporarily…just for that instant…then I would still deserve LIFE in jail…or the chair!!! And if I became insane…only at that instant….I’d probably become insane again if the same instant ever occurred. Temporary insanity needs to be re-written! It should not exist.

What do you think??? Is he too crazy to know what he did?? Does he deserve a second chance??? The bad thing is that the judge wanted to max his sentence out….and she did. That was the most that she could give to him for committing murder!!!

Maybe Michael should’ve moved Neverland to Utah!

Damn you get more than 6 years here in GA for armed robbery :wtf

#3

hacking was not insane- he was sick (meaning he liked to hurt others, probably to make himself feel more powerful) and he knew what he was doing. why else would someone fabricate a life story to carry out their deepest, sickest desire? he was sick, meaning he was evil- not insane.

he can enjoy his anal rapeage in jail then someone will kick his ass when he gets out…

#4

i didnt know that he only got 6 years!!! :wtf :wtf :wtf That pisses me off!! He should of got life!

#5

Why didnt he get the same sentence that Scott got for killing his wife Lacey? That is just ridiclous. Some people are just sick, thinking of nothing but themselves. I mean, yeah he had been lieing about everything but him thinking that killing his wife is gonna make it all better and him thinking he was gonna get away with it (which he pretty much is by only getting 6 yrs). I guess he thought that they wouoldnt question him. Some people are just so stupid. I could go on about this for a while, so I will say one last thing. That just pisses me off to no extent that he pretty much got away with murder (no pun intended)!

damn liberal “killing is wrong no matter what” pricks. why dont they see an eye for an eye?

Re: RE: Daily Rant 6/7 Getting Away With Murder!!

Hunh??

Killing is wrong no matter what!?!?!?!?!?!

#8

no they get mad and say you cant execute the guy who killed others. killing is wrong, but im a firm believer in an eye for an eye

#9

I know what you are saying and I agree. If someone chopps up someone, then they need to be choped up too!

#10

I was just sitting here thinking the same thing. If someone sets someone on fire then they need to be executed the same exact way.

#11

I’m a firm believer n the death penalty

#12

I may be wrong and Im too lazy to look it up bit i think that Utah is the only state left that will allow death by firing squad. Im sure it hasnt been used in a loooong time but the last I heard it was still a choice for death in that state.

#13

a couple states have it if I’m not mistaken…and a few still have hanging

#14

well hanging isnt a guarantee- i remember in the civil war the union tries to execute some CSA officers but the officers were too fat and broke the rope. it took 2 lynches to kill some of them.

firing squad is barbaric and out of date, but it is the most true replica of the way the murder took place in most occasions.

electric chair isnt painful enough

lethal injection isnt painful at all b/c the participant is put into a coma before the “lethal” injetion occurs. there is more than one injection.

Just to play devils advocate, isnt chopping your wife into pieces then stuffing her parts into a suitcase and dumping them into a river a little barbaric too??? And all so she wouldnt find out about your “secret life”. Seems to me it would be easier to just own up to your fuck up. If she left him, fine, at least she and heis child would still be alive and he wouldnt be a murderer. :dunno

#16

i know what you mean, i support firing squad (others might think it isnt politically correct- fuck political correctness IMO) i think killers are fucked up and evil to carry out the shit they think of.
