Hey Christians! Why?

There is an assumption that all questions deserve an answer.

“Can you prove that God exists?” and “Can you prove that God doesn’t exist?” are two questions that don’t deserve an answer and any person with any fucking brains would know that and say “Those are stupid fucking questions.”

Those are stupid fucking questions.

And some peoples’ brains are just wired! :stuck_out_tongue:

God exists because the bible says so, and I believe everything the bible says… :smiley24:

and some are just weird :24:

well as the old saying goes this time you are with the clock that is right twice a day

Pssst! Hey buddy! I got a bridge for sale…really cheap!

Being you beats being me right now. We are sitting at -30 with a windchill of -40. I think the flames of Hell would feel really good just about now!

Probably not but he can say his wife is married to somebody with half her IQ. :24:

LOL Bill…

You tricked her into it:nod::nod::nod:

Coz THIS is on topic.

You don’t need proof or substance when it comes to religion. All you gotta do is believe.

Then Christians should stop telling us that God factually exists…

For something to be a fact, it needs enough evidence to convince everyone.

A disastrous point. Putting your “faith” into something you can’t even prove to even be real is pretty corrosive.
I’m not making any EXCUSES. I’m telling you plain and simply that I have NO PROOF but I do not require said PROOF because I have faith.

You need PROOF. That’s your right and I am not critical of your need for PROOF.

The excuses used to answer the ‘prove there isn’t a God’ question are just as ludicrous as the ‘prove there is a God’ one
Something has to be “proof” to you in order for you to believe in the first place. So what is it?

This is one of the most dangerous statements I have ever read.

If you just choose to believe based on no proof, you’re doing a disservice to the great potential of the human brain.

Their vision of proof is faith it would appear

not automatically…
this is a profoundly generalized statement, a statement of faith asserting truth.
but it applies to everyone just about as much as a christain god does…:ninja

If you just choose to believe based on no proof, you’re doing a disservice to the great potential of the human brain.

given the rest of your post, this seems to be saying that proof must tangible, and so available for all to see…it that what you’re saying?
Can you PROVE God exists? Why do you take words that are written in a book that could have been written by anyone as solid proof?

Why do you believe in something so totally illogical?
Faith is free. Faith is painless. Faith is greater than anything else in the world. Do you have faith in love?
Which is why I find it ridiculous to devote your life to something that you never know is true until right at the end when it doesn’t matter.

And that’s also why I find it kind of stupid when Christians ask for proof god DOESN’T exist and then come up with ludicrous excuses when we ask for proof God DOES exist.
Devote your whole life, how?

See, what really grates on my last nerve is that a lot of people who preach the word of God want to put all kinds of rules, regulations and bullcrap in the mix. It’s very simple to have faith.

Jesus said… “Now abides, faith, hope and love… yet (and here’s the gold) the greatest of these, is love.” So, love is above all things.

Now you’re gonna say something about Jesus not being real, I suppose. So, if you will… take the fact that Jesus said it, out of the scenario, and just ponder it. Get back to me…
