I always sleep fine. I just sometimes wake up early for no apparent reason at all. :dunno

The less I sleep the more awake I feel.

actually that is how it is suppose to be for everyone. But for me… its screwed up!! I am trying to catch up sleep that I have lost for the last 5 years!!! LOL.

If i get 8-10 hours and wake up with an alarm i feel groggy. If i get 8-10 hours and wake up without an alarm i feel great.

If I get up after 4-5 I’m fine no matter what wakes me up.
