The Tories inherited a deficit. Therefore, every year, the debt grew bigger, as the deficit kept adding to the debt.
So unless you wanted the Tories to immediately cut £103 billion (or whatever the deficit was in 2010) - which, I add, would be economically disastrous - then of course the deficit will keep adding to the debt, even beyond Labour years.
The only party to blame for national debt increases during the Tory years is Labour. Any other party and you're just downright wrong.

Econ 101: Austerity means a reduction of a deficit. Labour raising taxes on the rich is also austerity.
