Libertarianism requires your society to not want to kill the other part of its society, ie a certain level of cohesion. Only if you believe humans are not tribal do you think that libertarianism that does not account for tribalism is possible.

There is no such thing as a consistent libertarianism, hell 90% of arguments amongst libertarians is about inconsistency rather than actual merit or value.

I like the way you remove the term rights, you are very cautious indeed of what you say :), but anyway, if you want any standard of any kind by any society, guess what, it requires some infringement ,that’s what a social contract is, even your socialist libertarianism requires infringement to my acquisition of resources even if I acquire them fairly and justly because private property and its influences.
