Venezuelan solution

Chairman of the national assembly of Venezuela Juan Guado declared himself to be the interim president of Venezuela and was recognized as such by a number of foreign states, including the United States of America and a number of the EU member states. It is important to understand that chairman of the national assembly of Venezuela Juan Guado is not president of Venezuela, as according to the constitution of Venezuela, the president of Venezuela is elected by a free, direct and secret majority vote of all citizens of Venezuela. Chairman of the national assembly of Venezuela Juan Guado is one of the rulers of Venezuela, who has sovereign immunity from civil, criminal and administrative prosecution, unless the abominable deeds of homosexuality, lesbianism, bestiality, incest, pedophilia (sexual relations with girls below 12 years of age), child murders (abortions), change of gender, cannibalism, human cloning, intentional murder, enslavement of men/women or selling of men/women to slavery, terrorism, pederasty, usurpation, degradation are committed by chairman of the national assembly of Venezuela Juan Guado. At the same time, chairman of the national assembly of Venezuela Juan Guado is one of the rulers of Venezuela and thereby a sovereign citizen of Venezuela – a Venezuelan judge and one of Venezuelan judges for life, because at least 100000 Venezuelan citizens freely, directly and secretly voted for him: in a republican political system every citizen of the state for whom at least 100000 citizens of the state freely, directly and secretly voted in a state election for the position of a national representative becomes a judge of the state and one of the judges of the state for life, in accordance with the foundational republican principle of unity of judicial system. In Venezuela the foundational republican principle of unity of judicial system has been respected since the times of the Bolivarian revolution.

There are improper and unwise calls to overthrow by force the popularly elected president of Venezuela Nicolas Maduro. In fact, the president of Venezuela Nicolas Maduro is freely, directly and secretly elected to be the president of Venezuela till the end of year 2023, which is his second and last term in the office of the president of Venezuela. Thereafter the people of Venezuela will elect the president of Venezuela whom the people of Venezuela desire: whether it will be the chairman of the national assembly of Venezuela Juan Guado, a Venezuelan judge, or brave Venezuelan general Gonzales time will tell.
